I do like hearing Kristol et al. saying that Russia somehow "deserves" this. Like there are no parallels between US foreign policy and Russian foreign policy.

This isin't even foreing policy its domestic. Chechnya is a Russian federated republic that wanted to seperate in the 1990's but Russia fought two internal wars to keep them in.
