Other: Feedback abuse. He has been leaving a large amount of one star ratings for basically anyone that beats him in a fair and just game. He gives them 1 star in each rating and leaves the comments "Clueless, Cheap Tactics, Poor Strategy" A lot of the games are simple 1-on-1 player games that he loses. I gave 4 examples below, but look at his feedback history and you can see that it is a long pattern. His rating alone lowered my entire rating from a 4.8 to a 4.7.

So?
Well yes, you are right on that bit. I was just super pissed when I saw my overall rating drop a point this morning when I logged on. Nevertheless, this guy is really nasty and abusing the feedback system. Beating someone fairly at a game is not a cheap tactic.
Kudos to you, Lilo for an effective thread title. I was hoping to find 40 diff. users that you had determined were abusers. I lol'ed, then checked Forty's ratings left. You're right, and he has joined my foe list for fear that he will abuse me as well.

I did the same thing. <grin> Definitely a good find though, I believe.
...I prefer a man who will burn the flag and then wrap himself in the Constitution to a man who will burn the Constitution and then wrap himself in the flag.
I have my reasons for giving my feedback, which I have explained to CC, and I'm sure they won't have any problems with it.
Lilo, I find it very shocking that you are this concerned with your star rating.
Mine could be 2.1 and I could care less, as long as I'm having fun playing, the rating is meaningless to me.
They are not vindictive, and all justified in my mind, if you think otherwise, that is your problem, I'm not asking anyone to play me, you choose to play me as I start my own games.
Please also explain how I am "abusing" the system? I am not a sore loser, if you look at how many games I've played, and compare that to how many ratings I've left, they are not even close!
Ratings should follow the following precedence:
Be just, fair, and sound reference to the gaming experience of the one you are rating
Be honest and logical with the incorporation of tags
Not be made out of spite or a forewarning of the suspected ratings you think you will receive
Not be negotiated upon between the rater and ratee prior to the end of that game
Scale:
1 star = Extremely poor at that category
2 stars = Poor at that category
3 stars = Average at that category
4 stars = Above average at that category
5 stars = Extremely well at that category
0 stars = Not Applicable, or no comment
Tags are pretty self explanatory, the only tag that causes confusion is the deadbeat tag.
Deadbeat means that the player missed 3 consecutive turns in a game and was kicked for missing turns.
Misuse of ratings & tags is: Giving over a period of time (not just 1 or 2 here and there) you are either giving extremely unjust ratings whether it be on the high or the low side will get you caught for this violation of ratings abuse. & Giving improper tags over a period of time as well, meaning leaving incorrect tags or most commonly leaving contradicting tags
