-All players need to be Premium.

Territories will be randomly assigned using random.orgIf there are any questions about this format ask away and I shall answer.How it will work
-In each round a player has a number of attacks (1 for each 3 territories he holds at the start of the round with a minimum of 3 + attacks for the continent bonusses (America = 3, Europe = 3, Africa = 2, Asia = 4)
-All players first will make 1 attack (all at the same time). I will send the players a PM with the situation (a crude edited version on paint), and they have to send a PM back with the attack they want to do within 24 hours (if a player doesn’t give a (valid) attack in time then he will forfeit that attack). Then I will set-up the games. Players will have 48 hours to join all their games of that subround. When a player hasn’t joined a game in time he will automatically have lost that game (when both players don’t join a game in time, then nothing will happen with that attack).
-When 2 or more players attack the same territory, then the player that wins the attack game in the least number of rounds will take over the territory. When the number of rounds is equal, then the number of armies at the end of these games will count. if still equal then a tie breaker match will be played on that map.
-When all games are finished I will post the new situation and all players can give their next attack. This goes on untill all players have taken all the attacks they have. After that a new round will start.

All ignore lists are to be ignored (though I think this problem has been solved anyway)
The first 18 are in and I will be a reserve. If you deadbeat out of this tournament without an accpetable reason you will be blacklisted from any future tournament I run.
