Deadly Lysol and Baconbot Secret Diplomacy[NOTED]ES

These two have played alot of games against each other. In 7477245 they have only attacked each other when taking non important areas (about 3 times total). They havnt got any defence at their boarders and they dont break the other's bonus. They have not called anything in the chat, so in my mind this is a sure secret diplomacy.

Secret diplomacy is hard to prove. Even though there are some turns that could be questionable it is not enough to convince me. This report will be NOTED.
