Umm, I need to claim, kinda... I found scum on night 0. I am one of two townies who can talk at night. My partner can investigate each night. He is sent a food item that tells him about who he investigated. Donuts are cops, banana splits are other townies, pizza is mafia. The two of us decided I should come out with this because I don't have the investigative ability and he won't be at risk. Haggis returned pizza.

I believe that haggis isn't in your faction. After all, this isn't a town vs scum game, it's a faction game, so would you not be getting pizza for everyone but you and your partner?

I don't think the game is just 3 mafia factions. That would make it impossible for me or my partner to be town. What is more than likely is 3 godfather/mothers that can recruit while we start out as town. Hopefully with killing Haggis we will only have 2 factions to worry about. Can scum recruit on N0 or is that just for investigations?

You say that:
- your buddy is a "food cop" (I will call him that)
- he investigated someone during Night 0

We know:
- there was no night 0 (or at least not that I'm aware of)

So, again, was there a night 0? I think not.
