I actually like these last 2 match-ups for both Championships. I've someone to root for in both games---and I hope one of them makes it to the Superbowl.

They couldn't get it done in a tight game at home...
this week the stakes are high for both teams and it will be a
great finish to the NFC year.
DEFENSE... is a strength for all the remaining teams.
Pittsburgh/New York is a perfect AFC finale.
I want to see Cutler do well as a Broncos fan (I still miss him =( ) and I want to see Hester get 13 PR touchdowns, so I'm rooting for the Bears in their game. Polamalu is my favorite safety in the NFL (it's impossible to dislike the guy) and I'm required by law to root against the Jets, so I'm pulling for the Steel Curtain.

You and I are rooting for opposite teams this weekend it seems.

Well like I said before, I'm 1-7 so far these playoffs, so you're in luck!

I'm hoping you'll be at best 2-8 after next weekend.

So true about polamalu. "You asked it with your eyes"

Rodgers has been on a roll, can the Bears' defense rough him up
and can Sanchez handle what the Steelers' bring?
Did Ryan talk smack about playing Pittsburgh tomorrow? It seemed
to add extra pressure on New England to bring it last weekend and
we all know they came up a little short. So I guess it worked.
So, this is going to be a good game. And most people don't know which side to choose from. The bears have a good QB and they have a good defensive line.Packers, they have Aaron Rodger a good QB.BUT,they tend to choke on the playoffs so im going to have to say the Bears.

So who do you think is going to win this game?
Packers choking in the playoffs? could you provide a relevant example of this please...
as a packers fan anything i say is biased but i think they will win by 7 or less
I think he's refererencing aaron rodgers playoff debut where they "choked" the first round.
Just a guess.
I'm looking for packers / steelers superbowl, not sure who will win it though. I hate the jets, and dont care either way about the bears. So....im really hoping pack/steel, it'll be the only matchup that im going to set time aside to watch.
PS - the commercials have largely sucked the last few years. Whats up with that?

How to blow a chance at tying it up in a championship game - call time out when you've got the defense on their heels and an upcoming first down, allow the other team to catch their breath, and then call a terrible offensive play to follow-up.
Aaaaaaaagghhhhhhh!
At least Mike Ditka still has the most awesome mustache of any NFL coach, past or present.
Who's this Caleb Heine guy who showed up Jay Cutler? I realize his last throw was a pick, but he didn't have any options there. What a surprise.
The Bears made every bad call there was to make in that game. The Offense was stuck in whatever play the offensive coordinator called for them. If your receiver has 3-man coverage on him, throw the ball somewhere else. It's not rocket surgery. And what is going on with the Cutler/Forte relationship? I think he gave him the ball enough!
Play of the game? Rodgers stopping Urlacker at midfield after the interception. Raji's interception & TD was also big... and a great defensive call with the third Bear QB in
the game.
A fine 4th Quarter rally by Chicago... I agree with luns, that timeout and the play call
that followed were terrible.
You can ship that yellow rag to Arlington, Texas now.
Dominant first halves finishing as close as most expected before the opening kickoff,
with turnover touchdowns providing the winning margin in both games.
looked like the play they had set up before the timeout was going to be a first down. I'm still pissed the Raiders didn't get into the playoffs at 8-8 (6-0 in division) but yet the Seahawks get in. I think it would have been great to see 2 old powerhouse teams regain something, and give some teams we haven't seen dominate the last decade or two in the superbowl.
