It doesn't really represent you. Mine, for example, is over-serious, pretentious, and vaguely annoying to other people.

I like mine, but I don't like the fish/dolphin thing next to the surfer.
I probably will never change it, unless i photoshop out the fish.

I like everyones avatar that has posted in this thread already, and it kind of annoys me when people change their avatars a lot because then i have a hard time ID'ing them. But it shouldn't annoy me.

I wish i could change my username though, but that would probably annoy others.

The Marquis du GayPorn? His movies gained a bad reputation in the 20's in spite of the fact that they were all documentaries about peasant agrarian culture.

I've strayed away from the Victor Sullivan avatar only twice. I've finally found my favorite shot of him, so it's likely I won't be changing it unless for some special event.

What's the name of that Japanese director/writer? There was a 4-part movie about his works.

I've had four avatars over the course of my time on CC:

My first avatar was of a Che t-shirt (which actually got me a few nasty private messages). The t-shirt said "This t-shirt brought to you by capitalism."

My second avatar is/was the Pericles bust.

I had an avatar imposed on me by Saxitoxin's adjudicatory body... I don't recall who that was. It was only up for one day (the length of the sentence).

I also had a slowpoke Pericles. Slowpokicles?

I've had around a dozen, but the one I have now kicks ass, especially when you have Thunderstruck going.

I've had a good number in my time. Just changed to The Joshua Tree album cover. I'll probably change it again soon.
