Tournaments being visible

What do you have to do to get your tournament visible in "Join a tournament" ? (Not the forum "join/create a tournament" but the first thing that you get to see when you click "Tournaments" from the start page.)

Wait a bit. Every two days or so all new tournaments get added there.
