The tourny now has the required 32 teams/64 players and all the 1st round games are underway. However, names can still be added to a reserves list just in case anyone drops out in future rounds.

The Scottish Cup - the oldest football trophy in the world, dating back to 1873!
Based on the Scottish football (soccer) Cup. Unashamedly inspired by the English FA Cup tourny by Kathless (http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=14341).
Ideally looking for 32 teams (64 players) but can go with less. Choose from any of the 42 teams listed below. Each team should contain 2 players. If you are the first player to sign up for a team please provide the following information:

Home Ground: (name of map)
Play Order: (Sequential / Freestyle)
Bonus Cards: (Escalating / Flat Rate / No Cards)
Fortifications: (Chained / Adjacent / Unlimited)
This is knockout competition with the first team drawn out of the hat playing at their home ground. The winner of that game progresses to the next round. This is my first tournament so I'm keeping things simple!
If there are 32 teams entered each team will play between 1 and 5 games depending up how far they progress.
The semi-final will be played on Classic/Sequential/Escalating/Unlimited.
The final will be played on World 2.1/Sequential/Escalating/Unlimited.
Non-premium members are welcome to join but please try to have a slot available within a week of the draw being made.
I do not intend to have any reserve players specific for a team or rotating squad players. Just simply 2 players for each team. However, once the tourny is underway I'll accept players on a reserve list in case anyone drops out.
