Triples are looking a lot more interesting to me than I thought. I may have to give it a try...

Great stuff!

This is some curious glimpse into someone's fantasy - a world where men regularly happen across women whose undergarments have fluttered to their ankles.
and yet...
Q. Did this really happen? Did underwear really fall down like this?

A. Yes.

Q. C’mon. In your dreams.

A. It’s not my dream, believe me. I’ve gotten tons of mail from people who either had it happen to them, or an aunt or mom or grandmom. Elastic back then wasn’t what it is today.

A clever set of photos indeed but hardly accurate with the exception of specific cases of trolling for noobs.

Doubles is the fast track for earning point assuming you are good at it. It takes a different approach than the singles game and those willing to play it the right way can certainly get over on otherwise skilled players who don't work together.

All things being equal, the payout of every game form reflects the pure odds exactly, so neither should be thought of as a "fast track". I think I've played about as many of either and I must say, nothing boosts your rankings more than getting on a hot streak in singles and picking up about 80 pts a few games in a row.

I disagree, but this thread wasn't spawned to create debate, well it kind was, but it's not the theme of it now.

Thanks though, yours is the first response like that which I wanted, I expected a bunch of irate doubles players gunning for my throat, at which point I'd put up a valiant defence of my standpoint, but seeing as most people have taken it in good humor I'm not pushed.
but does it matter what quee1 says as long as we get the joke?
yes. :-P

...and that's qeee1 to you.

Nice pics robinette, very strange...

I could probably say the same, I think I'm down overall from team games, though only by like a few points. So :-P Anyway, it's inevitable you'll pass me now that I've stopped playing.

If and when I come back, I'll reassert my dominance here, :P I've made lots of mistakes due to lack of interest lately, been on a downward spiral, lost about 200 points stupidly, so I knew it was time to leave.

exactly, but all the high ranked team game players out there get most of their points by doing just that.

I joined a triples game with 2 noobs against a Major and two Colonels hoping I could coach the two noobs to a victory. I spent the time to explain the concept of team games and a good strategy in the team chat, only to have one of the noobs attack the other one in the first move of the game. Oh well, I guess some people just cannot read.

When a stacked team starts a game we aren't asking or begging or talking people in to joining. Whoever joins does so by choice. I don't care who plays against us. Hopefully other skilled teams will join. sometimes they do sometimes they don't. It's easy to coordinate yourself, To me it's more challenging trying to coorinate a team pursuit. To each his own. Good Luck however you play.

He's having more fun while improving his skill at what he's doing. The guy on the right will end up degenerated and fat :)

By choice yes, but still the majority of them who join are noobs and don't know they're in for a schooling. You could always start a few private games if you wanted tough opposition...
