I just had a tremendous comeback in a 1vs1 game on the USA map. I was pretty much spread out for most of the game, with few regions that actually had more than 1 troop on them, and I managed to eliminate my opponent just barely before he was about to cash in and wipe me out. I think it came down to a 3vs1.

Phewfta.

Game 2992243

One of my (many) favorite comebacks.
Not only did I lose my partner very early then hang on to win it but, it was my first game on the map. (ok, it was round 11 of 21 Phatscotty was eliminated, but considering...)

Good times.

Game 3607874
World 2.1, Doubles, Round 10.
I had 4 territories, all with 1 troop on them. My teammate was eliminated a few turns before that. I had a set for 10 troops and some other guy held multiple bonuses. Somehow diplomacy and (of course) great strategic thinking got me back in the game and eventually I won. Even now I'm proud when I think of it, one of my best games on this site.

I have had plenty of games where I convince players to knock out players for the greater good. Usually so we don't lose as many points. But really it would open up the door for me to have a come from behind victory.

Most of my comebacks have come in doubles games. Even though doubles only consist of 10% of my games they are my favorite to play. Only a handful come to mind but my favorite comebacks are ones where you say "good game" then end up winning somehow. If I say GG (in defeat) and then you lose, that means you either messed up to lose or you did not deserve to win against me.

My most recent epic game was against AndyDufresne Game 6996431. Both of us were down and out a couple of times and Banana boy took it in the end. I guess it is a great comeback game for Andy =D>
If you wrong me I will hunt you down and destroy you.
