The putrid swamp of beasties.

A game of poets! The stage was set,
The poets would soar, the critics; hiss.
Town new that something was amiss,
And had to avoid the critics net.

My introduction was sorely met.
Poor ShaggyDan left off the list,
Of poor mod-sight his post was missed,
A name too easy to forget.

Luck would have it; a withdraw occured
By some 'Assassin' timeless tart.
It's time for me to take in part;
This newest game which comes to term,
Show my skills and raise my tankard.
Shout to the heavens: "I Confirm!"

A motley crew of veterans here
Though most of them I have seen
One particular has not stood time's test
Though his mind should not be full of fear
This vote is purely in jest
I will vote killboy
Please do not judge me to be a seer
The evidence is quite lean.

Poets came from far and wide,
though some of us have something to hide.
Not quite sure who to trust,
But mandy probably isn't on the poets side.

We played once before and he did lose,
for it was me, a non-poet, he did choose.
Now with our twisted mod here it only fair to think,
a critics role for mandy Kwan might want him to use.

So I cast my vote for all to see,
Vote: mandy though random it may be.
Someone here is hiding something,
and mandy always looking scummy, looks good to me.

when this game began with a bloom,
as I thought what to do
i realized my vote was for you
So Vote Talapus or he'll surely bring doom.

while rhyming with "indeed". 'Tis violence
Against assonance, against poetry
though I too must scrape a little you see
With "violence". But the votes must go on
Random though they may seem to me to be
Hence I vote sensfan, though with my eye on,
safariguy5 also. Bloody syllables.

I forgot to put this on page 1 but the poetry forms I use in scenes is arbitrary and has no impact on the game. I plan on using various different poem forms in my scenes some may match ones given out some may not.

My reputation has spread I see
though I worry not about the man.
Exile with his finger not at his side,
has pointed it straight at me.
The ignorance of rules I will not let slide,
FoS sens for not reading the rules
a lack of time cannot be a plea
the game goes according to plan.

I just realized that since this is based on a previous game I should tell you all that some things or roles may make a reappearance but for the most part the two games are different. My inclusion of some roles or elements in this game is, again, arbitrary.

Good evening townies and thee assembled scum,
Who yet again have chosen to stand here,
In the way of peace, honor and success
Of Town and townies, poets all of us
Who toil to do justice to our style
Which is why you had to read thus far for me
To at last inject some reason in this post.
For among the poems writ' above this one
One is standing out, making me see red
Red like this: I vote Talapus,
Writer of quatrains. You remember what
He did the last time when he wrote like that.
Lets hang him now, what do you guys say?

Fingers point wishing people dead.
So here’s the thing I may be new,
but by far no amateur and here’s a clue;

Against me Safariguy cast his vote,
but do not listen to what he wrote.
I’m a scapegoat made to deny his scum.
When you realize this, the game will be won.
Vote: Safariguy, the old seer.
It is he, not I that we should fear!

So jump on the Bandwagon one and all,
If we have the numbers he will fall.
