When will the next years NHL season....

When will next years NHL season start taking participants? I know previous years we've had an NHL season tournament and since the real NHL season start early October I know it won't be long before this season starts taking participants!! Who usually organize these?

I did that before I asked the question! But it seems I can't find it so I'm trying manual :) !
The weird part is that I didn't receive any hits on the word NHL while searching the entire site! posts or topics!

That's why you search the database, not the forum search.
