Diplomatic you may very well have evidence but the mods will not do anything if they have nothing to look at. You need to give them correct players' names and the game number or numbers that correspond with their cheating. Also an explanation of why you think they are cheating.
they played very suspicious. So for the integrity of the game I think it is necessary to see if actually it is the same player or if it is not.

Fixed the players' names and added a game link. They are both Canadian. And they are accused of being suspicious. Reminds me of an episode of Scooby Doo.
As far as being multis Overlordw and hufferman are CLEARED.
This is their first game they played together so far. There is also a mention in the game chat that orange was givign the game to grey but in the end, it was orange who won the game. A lot of "mind talk" in the chat. More like questioning 'why woud you attack me and not him' kind of talk.
I think this is just a matter of how the game went and a difference in gameplays. Whatever works for the player. Unless there is a clear evidence that anyone can present, then they are also CLEARED of secret diplomacy.
