Well, sooner or later, someone is going to have to get pressured. One case is as good as another to me. But given who's playing in this game, I don't see a major scumtell developing. Deadline is deadline, and given the recent amount of activity in the forum, the earlier we can establish a claim, the more time we have to pursue other leads. Safariguy makes an excellent point. He is right that we need to make real discussion, and that the sooner we go about it the better off we will be. However, he also must know that doing something to force discussion, particularly in such an inelegant way, will naturally earn him the ire and votes of others. Not sure how - he just repeated what safari said. Pointing out that you're joining a bandwagon doesn't make it less scummy. I've got an FOS on him as well.
