Chargers over the Raiders.
It's hard to get a good grasp of either team, since they have both proven to be inconsistent (and for years too). My gut feeling is though that Rivers won't have as bad as a night as he has had in the past, interception wise, especially because Oakland's defense is pretty middle of the pack.

McFadden is confirmed OUT for the game. Short practice week did him in. Michael Bush is a capable back, probably a starter in 50% of the teams out there.

I'm picking the Chargers mainly because the Raiders can't stop the run. With Mathews expected active and Tolbert healthy, I think the Chargers are just going to run all over the Raiders.

Even with Floyd out, I think Rivers is going to take a couple shots with V-Jax, but that's about it. Something's off with him this year, his TD/INT is way skewed, and I think he's having confidence issues. They're not going to need his arm to win this one, so I don't think they're going to ask him to do very much.

San Diego and Oakland...my two most hated teams.

I think Oakland will win. Palmer has something to prove while Rivers has been in a funk all season

Rivers finished strong against the Packers while Oakland floundered
miserably in the 4th quarter against the Broncos.

Palmer played well...the interception wasn't his fault, he was blindsided.

Rivers is just horridly inaccurate. He's playing terribly.

Only caught the last 2:00, but I feel like this one's a good sign for me after a horrendous week of picks.

Chargers had like 4 O-line injuries, Rivers was hurried by blitzes basically starting halfway through the first quarter.

Tebow is going to end up with the least amount of pass attempts for a starter, ever in this game. One whole quarter, 0 passes.

Well the fewest is none, so it wasn't that bad.

Only two completions for Tebowmania, but one of them was huge.

So now the Bears have recovered 2 fumbles, and then returned 2 interceptions for touchdowns. Looks like our strategy of keeping the Lions offense on the field, while keeping Cutler off of it, is working out just grand.

The strategy of having Hester is working as well.

I think it's insane that people argue against him being in the HoF. He's a first ballot HoFer already in my opinion.

I'll agree if it's based on his Special Teams work, he's terribly average as a receiver.

He holds too many return records not to get in. He's even got a return TD in a Super Bowl.

All he needs now is a ring...

Week 10

OAK @ SD I love it when I'm right.
DEN @ KC You can't live off of two completions forever, you know.
JAC @ IND Lolts
NO @ ATL Oh, so close...
HOU @ TB VERY disappoint...
PIT @ CIN Steelers once again sit atop the AFC North. For now, at least.
TEN @ CAR Since both these teams are topsy turvy, this game made perfect sense.
ARI @ PHI An angry fox came looking for you, Andy Reid...
BUF @ DAL Same old Bills(?)
STL @ CLE
WAS @ MIA There were, in fact, Shanahanigans thanks to Mike starting Rex.
BAL @ SEA I HATE it when I'm right.
NYG @ SF
DET @ CHI Same old Lions(?)
NE @ NYJ Well, I won't be shaving my head, that's for sure.
MIN @ GB

11-5 (91-54)

That overrated Romo character completed his first 13 passes, finished the day 23 of 26 and tossed a few TDs along the way. Hester is definitely a Hall of Fame choice, even if he's the only Special Teams player ever voted in and no SB ring is required.
Hey pancake
The Lions comeback came up short against the Bears today.
Week 10
Oakland @ San Diego
Denver @ Kansas City Chiefs Timmy tosses 2 fer 8 (but 50% of his completions are TDs)
Jacksonville @ Indianapolis
New Orleans @ Atlanta ...4th & a foot in OT on their own 30 and they did what?
Houston @ Tampa Bay
Pittsburgh @ Cincinnati ...close but no cigar
Tennessee @ Carolina ...Titans should handle 'em easily, but I'm going Panthers anyway
Arizona @ Philadelphia an absolute stunner Ha Ha Ha! =D>
Buffalo @ Cowboys ...nice to have a healthy QB on the field again
St. Louis @ Cleveland
Washington @ Miami ...Skins fall from grace continues
Baltimore @ Seattle ...un freaking real =D>
NY Giants @ San Fran ...WOOT! =D>
Detroit @ Chicago turnoveratosis, as the Lions doubled their give aways for the year.
New England @ NY Jets ...turnoveratosis the sequel
Mini-Soda @ Green Bay ...the Vikes are capable of the upset, but it isn't likely.

So I'm told. 30+ points would've been a comeback for the ages, but good luck getting there in the first place without a running game. You can't win with 8 pass attempts all the time, but you won't win with 62 either. I guess you'd say the Lions...

Anywho, the Lions have a pretty tough schedule down the stretch and are primed to go 8-8. Compare to the Falcons, Cowboys, and Bears who are next in line and have much easier schedules and are playing better. I do want to see the Lions get in the playoffs, but I doubt it'll happen this year.
