shorter time to sleep (because addicted speed games)

Good that I could quit. But this site offer many good things, those never let you go for long. So I'm back, but no more speed games

What has CC given me? Life lessons! Such as:

Scratching – No matter how bad the itching gets, avoid scratching at all cost. It may feel good in the moment but it will inevitably cause the hemorrhoids to become worse.

Straining To Go To The Bathroom – This is a given. Straining to go to the bathroom is what causes most people’s hemorrhoids in the first place.
