There are games some teams are expected to win
but there are no "easy" wins in the NFL.

There was rumor before the season of trading Orton to the Dolphins. Denver should have done that deal instead of letting him go now.

I think there was a perception on the inside that this team actually had an offense at the beginning of the season. Orton's a ok quarterback, but Denver still has very few offensive weapons. The team just plays better now because Tebow has the leadership qualities that Orton lacked.

As far as Miami goes, if Orton were playing there I could see them being 5-6, if not even better (keep in mind, many of those eight losses were pretty close. Someone better than Chad Henne could have gotten the job done)

I won't be shocked if the Dolphins beat the Raiders
or the Giants beat the Pack.

A Niner win paired with a Seahawk loss and San Fran
is the first to clinch a playoff spot.

The Niners only have to win, since Seattle lost last week. If Seattle and Arizona both lose without a 49er win, SF gets the playoff nod.

Either one of those teams should go a long ways with him,
while the Vikings watch the playoffs on TV.

Too bad the NBA lockout is over or we may have seen LeBron
in a NFL uniform snagging some passes.

You guys really ought to stop picking the Eagles.

I keep thinking that the team that steamrolled the Cowboys will show up again.
Last night the Eagles had out gained the Seahawks with 7 more 1st downs
and were trailing by two touchdowns.

Andy Reid is a good coach, but the way this Dream Team has performed
is his worst nightmare.

I think the Eagles' failure is a God send for smaller market teams. It's a lot harder to put a dream team together in football than basketball for obvious reasons

I suppose the NFL lockout is one factor, but they've mostly just sucked.

Interesting note: the only non-division team the Eagles have beaten is the Rams.
Wins
Rams
Giants
Cowboys
Redskins
Losses
Giants
Falcons
Niners
Bills
Bears
Cards
Pats
Hawks
So do they jump for divisional opponents? Should we look to them to play spoiler for the 'Boys late-game?

You can never overlook NFC East rivalries, which are essentially
the entire division. Like all NFL teams this season the Eagles
have lost close games late and not managed to hold onto their
4th Quarter leads.

Philly is certainly capable of being the spoiler in their final games.

Back when Jimmy Johnson began coaching the Cowboys they had an 1-15
season. Their only win was against the Redskins at RFK. It turned out
to be Washington's only loss of the year and they won the Super Bowl.

We knew Vick probably wasn't going to be healthy all year, but Jackson has regressed, Maclin has been hurt, and Rodgers-Cromartie has barely played. Now you add the bumps and bruises for Asomugha and McCoy, and they definitely don't have the chemistry to win a Super Bowl this year.

Ugh, I still hate the playcalling on offense for us. After Tebow sticks a great 3rd down throw, we run 2 straight runs up the middle for little gain. We don't let Tebow get in a rhythm, so it seems like we always face a third down if they're stopping the run.

Goodman with a huge pick. Tebow played supremely. Great win.

Whoa... Bengals looked good at the start, moving the ball in Pittsburgh
and then the wheels fell off.

Eli Manning spots the Pack a pick six, but still lead 17-14 at the Half.
The Fish sink the Raiders while the Chiefs sack the Bears in Chicago
and Tebow slips the Broncos past the Vikings.

It seems as if the worst quarterback in the history of the NFL will at least finish with a winning record this season. Not half bad.

Also, everyone expected the Pack to obliterate the Giants, and that's exactly what the Giants want. Whenever people expect them to suck, they win.

Pretty sure I expected the game to be close.

I can't think of a single person who refers to Tim
as the worst QB in the NFL.

Also, Merill Hoge on ESPN. And I have a friend who's a 9ers fan who hated Tebow at the beginning of the season and called him that, but even he admitted to me today that he likes him now.
