Is this acceptable behavior? Do we want field marshals to actively seek up low ranked victims and invite them for games? I think his intention is clear. He wants easy points. There's no reason to believe otherwise.
These are messages he's left on various low ranked and inexperienced players walls (he played at least 1 game against all these players):

that is the part that gets me the most... people abuse the game and run off members/potential premiums, effectively HURTING the site/biz, and are let of relatively scott-free as long as they pay another $25.

and like Gillipig, your data is grossly wrong: I do NOT play cooks -- and RARELY cadets. You MUST have current rankings - NOT when I invited/played them. Normally my opponents have 100-700 games. Responses from a few last opponents:
-you are the FIRST person that EVER talked to me on CC, thx (don't remember who)
-lee67: thanks for the invite. . . . .I blew it in the first round
-soxx29: yeah, that was nice...but obviously i didn't know how to use them effectively
-Janomike: nice lesson, thanx for the game
-livi202: Thanks! So far I'm enjoying it very much, excited to learn all the interesting maps, like this one
-MGSteve: gg. . . . .ty. . . . .u2
-bobcat15: nice chatting with you a bit. just had a bit much going on.
-BuzzArd8499: interesting map. . . . .interesting map
-Jook1: haha, yeah, thanks for the game!
-scoz: It was an honor to play you. Thanks for taking the time to play and happy TG
-Rockiesman: That's alright, my goal was to make if 5 rounds with you(got to 6)
10 great responses of friendliness by the people you assume feel abused. Why don't you guys take a few mins and TALK to a few of my opponents and quit conjectoring how YOU might feel? Be sure to ask in an objective and NOT leading way.

You are correct, he is. My point to this, is that before, the mods ruled based on what the charges were.
This meant that the mods hands were tied, with how to deal with this. By charging him with something totally different, this might be a way to get him to stop.
I'm giving the mods away around the "farming" rule to get him. Now we just need a mod who thinks what he is doing, is an abuse of the system/game/site.

Yeah a 4th one.. Its obvious to everyone but you that what you are doing and continue to do is not good form. But hey you can collect 10 to 15 points each time while walking the tight rope of farming.. Great on you.
Just cause you have the decency to give the guy a reach around so he is smiling after you point f*ck him doesnt mean your a swell guy. Score & Leaderboard placement obviously has a high priority in your life, and for that reason sir I laugh at you

No different than the quad teams that beat up on lesser quad teams --really I could list 10 different types of systems that basically win against lesser opponents -but everyone should basically know them by now.
Not sure why it bothers people so bad. Are they jealous? What is the big deal. Whatever makes you happy on this site--do it.
