Well if you play with someone who knows how to play then it could be fun, but that guy is mass inviting noobs/newbies and all he need to do is getting the objective after manual deploy round and as soon as he starts his next turn, game is over ...

The players invited were not New Recruits (under 5 games). Thus, as the rules state and as several past cases have shown, he is doing nothing wrong, as farming is ONLY specific targeting of New Recruits. Check the cases a week or two ago on GeneralLeeGettinhead (sp?), you may not agree with it but KH and others are entirely within their right to do this.

Could this be a tide change in CC? If there's ever been a case that is not farming, but is "gross abuse", it is probably this one. The particular map and setting combinations that allows a 3-turn victory, combined with the active solicitation of unwitting players could definitely be called into question. I'm not saying I come down one way or the other. I am saying that a stronger case could be made for sanctions here than in many other cases (like General Lee's).

Not sure whether this is farming, A not inviting question marks, B) looking at turn taken percentages King H is not trying to exploit the lowest turn taken component of site(something which have noticed the "true" farmers love doing).

We might want to remember that playing a skilled opponent 1vs1 even if you lose is often a good way to learn a map/style of play etc. I've learnt maps best by losing on them to a more skilled opponent.

Me thinks that King H is bored and thus playing a lot of 1vs1 games, which to be realistic are a much higher points risk to him, than playing team games. Looking at the rank of some/most of the players King H needs to win about 11 out of 12 games to merely be points neutral. Obviously he is not playing these for the points. Would take many times many games to gain say 200 points if he loses even 1 in 20games. He also isn't deleting games if invites are declined, shows he is not scared of playing higher ranked opponents.

Might I suggest that possibly this is a case of "tall poppy" syndrome. Where others want to cut down the tallest flower in the field as makes them look short in comparison?

FYI I don't have a horse in this race. If anything I should be pulling for King H to get a slap on the wrist as am playing a Clan War against him. Just feel that possibly he is being picked on once again because of his past high profile on site.

The games are private. And I don't see how they can punish him for it when Gen.LeeGettinhed has got his score to 4700 doing the same thing without punishment.

This is exactly the point. There is no difference in the KH or GLG case so the outcome will be the same. Mods close this one you know it makes sense.

i mention GLG as well in the post you are quoting, and you don't get my point. there are always some C&A reports about low ranked farmers, each time with people saying that if it's accepted, well they can just start doing it as well and become conqueror in a short time. I'm just encouraging anyone saying this to step up and prove what it s right. is the point loss in stake worth it?

it's like if you make a bet; you go for the favorite or the underdog.

let's say you play a favorite with a 1.05 odds because it seems impossible he doesn't win. is it worth it? are you going to make a lot of money on it? you need to repeatedly bet the same thing and win each time, and you will lose so easily all your earnings by doing one single mistake.
if you bet for the underdog, with let's say a 7.00 odd you just need to win one 2 out of 7 to make money.

the points system makes you choose whatever method you want, and it takes different type of skills. the path chosen by herpes and GLG is the one of constance and patience. not anyone could make it, that's why I invite people to go for it at tell us how it goes for them.

You aren't accusing him of "Illegal Point Collecting". You are accusing him of farming. Update your first post to reflect that. And GLG has been cleared COUNTLESS times by the Multi Hunters. You're basically saying that High ranks can't play low ranks.

Updated, thanks for the note, I'm not saying high ranked players can't play low rankeds, but in this case the player is creating special games that his win chance against a low ranked player is already at 100% ratio (This is what King_herpes has gotten in last day from this method: 51 from 53(96%) and more than 200 points (Exactly what I said before, 200 points per day)) and is forcing them to play with himself by inviting them and those low ranked player will join without any clue of what is going to happen ...

no advice nobody here defending him from them games. and has picked a map and setting to kill a player before they even have a proper chance on the map.

this case is not farming but could fall under the rule of making the site less entertaining for others. because i am sure his opponants are wondering what the hell happened. and ps this case is pending because the mods look at all the rules and try see if they can match one to the offense. in general lees case they could not match anything. but this case is different to that one.
