Being 'foed'

Postby rmcdavid on Tue Jan 24, 2012 7:18 pm

So, I just started playing again. I know what being someone's "foe" means. I joined a speed game, eliminated a player mid-round of a freestyle thinking he had enough cards so I could cash mid-round. I misread his # and yeah, tilted the balance of the game pretty harshly. Anyway, 2 or 3 of the guys foed me. Is this common practice?

To the guys in that game, if you see this, sorry.

It happens. Really, it just depends on whom you are playing. Some people foe people like they're trying to infect them with some horrible dice plague. Then there are others, like myself, who don't foe anyone.

It seems rather common practice these days for one to be foed for botching a game like you did. The idea behind it is they decrease the chances of their getting screwed over by a move like that again.

I wonder if he even realized he confessed LMAO. Kinda feel bad for him. Nah just kidding. one down many to go. This ought to make it easy on the hunters though. Farmers Beware he may know how to play some maps, seems to have knowledge of freestyle speed, Ie,. DO NOT INVITE HIM TO PLAY YOU MAY LOSE POINTS. Nah just kidding please invite him to about fifty games each lol. It would be fun watching the complaints about how you lost to him he must be a multi to be able to win. Ie,. If he wasnt you wouldn't have lost a rigged game lol

I was more curious as if I had done something against a technical rule or some unwritten rule. It was a bad move strategically, but the fact that it mad a few others mad didn't bother me that much. It's 1 min freestyle on doodle anyway. Thanks for the replies.

Okay troops, the show is over, nothing to see here. Let's pack it in for the night. Thanks for your participation everyone and as for rmcdavid, he has been issued a 24 hour website vacation for his gaming infraction.

As you all know I'm in a position of power and I refuse to tolerate this level of indignance. Please allow me to redirect this negative energy and quell your anxieties by sharing with you a recent picture of my trip to a field of wild Echinecea.

ive done that....on my wall i ask please only take 3 games at a time....but once and a while they take more....i warn them and they usually apologize, but some times i get an ass and tells me to screw off.....no prob...i take his points and hit the foe button.
we all have ways that we play...whether good or bad...but respect the person that sets the games.
I made the mistake of taking a players game that said please 1800 or better...and apologized. now i read profiles

I wouldn't know. Ask hardattack, he's done both. :D Though I suspect his answer is self explanatory.
