Amen, except we did eventually join into the world wars.. after everyone was weak and tilted the scales in both.

It's cause we're badass. And though we may not have joined WWII till later, we were the ones who broke hitler's coastal defense in Normandy, and we were the ones who turned the tide. And everyone seems to forget, that while we were doing all that for Europe, we were fighting Japan nearly single handedly. A considerable amount of pain indeed. haha.

British and Canadians did more then you in Normandy. The Canadians had to wait for you after D-Day because you lot too so long to capture your places. The British captured the bridges and vital areas to stop German reinforcements. It was the RAF who did most of the air raids in Nazi Europe. It was the Royal Navy who provided floating harbours and ships and boats to supply resources and reinforcementrs accross the channel. In Europe, just like in WWI, all the USA provided was men and cannon fodder. Its the number of troops which tiped the wars into our favour, nothing else.

Also, you didn fight Japan single handedly! China had been fightin Japan for 4 years before Pearl Habour. The British Empire faught Japan in Burma, Singapore, and the East Indies and Australia before you decided to join, and also after you decieded to join. Stop your patriotic bulsh*t. You did help in the wars, but it was far from you saving our asses or doing it yourself. If America was so holy and mighty, they would have declared on Hitler when he invaded Poland rather then when USA was directly attacked. Remember this, the RAF and Britain solely faught of the Luftwaffe without USA. The UK could stand up against Nazi Germany by itself.

I don't know shit about the Japan aspect, but you are totally right on, here, Titanic... I had family that told me some stories about how you Brits saved their asses from the fire once or twice... Scary situation, being caught with the ocean to one side and the Nazis to the other...

Actually Japan bombed us because we stoped selling crude oil to them, so they thought they would repay the favor, however Japan screwed the entire war over, because without them we would have never joined, unless us greedy Americans were afraid of losing our money that we laoned to Great Britain and France, just a little history lesson for all of you

Lol, we took your money? You have to repay loans you idiot. The UK only finished repaying the loan at the end of December, 2006. Thats more then 60 years after WWII finished. And it was a loan with interest, what a great ally you are. Provide us with equipment and make us pay pay for it and more.

The attackin on Pearl Habour was more then about oil. Why would Japan attack Pearl Habour for oil? Theres enough oil in the East Indies, and they had plenty of access to it anyway as they were conquering all of the islands and areas around there.

Canada did nothing? Check the facts. On D-Day Canada advanced most into Nazi territory out of the 3 countries who attacked the Normandy beaches. Canada faught the war for the whole 6 years, they were not liek the pussy Americans who only joined when they were attacked themselves. Canada at least has morals and did the right thing at the right time, unlike the USA.

I never said Britain did everything. I'm saying it was a join effort after USA decided to join. Neither the USA or Britain did it by themselves. Also, too scared to bomb Germany? We were bombing Germany from 1940 onwards, but the intense bombing on cities only started after D-Day. The Dambusters and other key air raids on industrial areas and important araes for the German war effort were continually bombed by us, but the real strategic bombing and mass bombing came in support of the land forces.

and in regards to world war 2, when hitler was taking over europe americans were too busy lynching before entering the war in 1841, after pushed by Japan. If Britain hadn't declared war when we did, we would all be living in a nazi state. However, I am not proud of my British heritage because we under Nevilel Chamberlain appeased Hitler constantly even though public opinion was more for collective security via League of Nations yet Chamberlain fed us dirty propaganda and hid the news stories of Nazi atrocities

Reperations? Like shit have there been reperations. If there were sufficient reperations the Native Indians would be living their old lifestyle, but the US government does not let them. You put them all on reservation camps and force them into your system and refuse to accept how they wanted to live and how they lived before America was even discovered.

If you want to look at a country which treats its natives properly, look at Australia. They are not perfect as the natives still have high unemployment, and live in shabby towns like Alice Springs, but the natives live their own lives, in the old ways, and with a bit of modernisation. The native attractions and important areas (Ayres Rock etc..) have been well preserved and the government do all they can to minimise the damage that tousists do. When visiting Ayres Rock you have to visit a Aborigine museam which details what Ayres Rock means to them and why you should preserve it etc... and then you go on a tour with an Aborigine and a Aussie person who show you round the site and advise you on certain things.

That is reperations and looking after the native citizens. Not like the USA, who build site viewing bridges on cultural landscapes or force them into their society and then blame them for having so much unemployment.

Also, I would like you to give me a link where the US government has officialy apologised to the native indians for the treatment they were given and what they did to them. Any kind of official apology from the government. Just show me a link. How old I am, or where I live, or even if I have met a native does not matter. Just show where the governemnt has ever apologised about the treatment to the natives that happened and still goes on. Also, just because you live in america and are patriotic doe snot make you understand the situation and know more about it then other users of this website.

The fact is that the Native American people in the US have been treated abominably in the past, and just because people are expressing there views about the issue doesn't mean that you can shout them down with a bellow of 'You're not from here!!!'
