Comments: Seem to know each other as they play several games together.
However the problem lies that no one else who plays their games seem to win apart from the people in question. They also seem to go on and offline at the same time as well as taking their turns almost immediately after one another.
In my game Game 10539429 they are focusing more on me with green not attacking red as he has left only 1 troop on the border and merely attacking me. I have played on CC for over a year now and I have never been so convinced of Multiple accounts/secret diplomacy in my time of playing.

sometimes it takes a little time for the C&A mods to get time to investigate it. Remember they are doing this in their spare time and sometimes rl gets in the way. Be assured that it will be investigated.
on a side note they also seem to have joined the site within a minute of each other

Silvrdragoon and I work together in the same office, so that might be why we appear to be playing at similar times, and it's also why we are in all of the same games. To be honest, Condin, your slot was supposed to go to another coworker of ours (dahlgren), but he wasn't fast enough.
As to the claim of secret diplomacy, well we might be guilty of that. Stupid of me for not reading the rules closely ahead of time, and I apologize. If you find that we have violated that rule, I will accept any form of discipline.

Actually by looking at the game, there is very little sign of SD. They all seem to be attacking eachother. Unless one of the 2 comes right out and states "YES" there was SD I think this will either be noted or at worst maybe a warning.

What arp3ggi0 meant by we might be guilty of SD is that we work in the same office and sit across from each other. We are going to talk about the game. We are new to this so we are not sure if that is a violation to the rules of SD, so we might be invoilation of it, cause we are talking about the game and not putting it in the game chat.

That is how. Because you have an advantage that other players don't. You are able to discuss the game outside of game chat, IN PERSON, which you just admitted.

This has happened before on CC, friends playing games with each other and than accidentally an outsider joins. What you guys should do is make it a private game with a password. That way nobody else will join. If strangers join and you talk strategy on the workfloor, you're indeed bordering on SD allthough it will be hard to prove. You guys are very open and honest about it so I hope you'll get away with a warning.

We are not talking strategy, just talking about how the game is going, like wow just lost a fight going 14 vs 6 my luck really sucks.
Also did not know you could make private games with out being premium.
I have looked through there games that involve "outsiders" from there office group. While it sometimes does appear they are teaming up, I believe there isn't enough evidence to give out a Warning or a block. So I am going to Note this report for the future in case another reports is brought up.
