I know that for a singles game, the formula is :
(loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points from each opponent
But how is it calculated for a team game?

In singles it's the same ratio for each player. But you win more per game because you play multiple players. However, there is a much lower changed of winning when you play singles.
