And he hacked her account. That was immoral and depending on the circumstances quite possibly illegal. Definitely not setting a good example.

As much as we'd all love to know all the stuff that our kids are getting into, sometimes it's important to respect their privacy.

Immoral... possibly (don't recall what he did). Illegal, definitely not in a child under 18. In the US, kids actually cannot have their own accounts legally until 18.
