Comments: very strange game the 2 players played together without communicating at all during the game yet they knew each other and were playing as a unit. they were both stronger than me and rarely attacked each other. i wonder how they decide whose gonna win?
both joined CC around the same time and played the same number of games, usually together

Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand. Diplomacy includes, but is not limited to: proposing truces, negotiating alliances, and coordinating assaults. Secret diplomacy can be hard to prove, but if you suspect it you should leave the players in question appropriate ratings. then if they werent guilty of SD then they were definitely engaged in a non aggression pact, can you look again please
