Well... cow's don't taste like corn and grass, they taste like fat and meat. I would assume that the taste is similar throughout all of humanity. The differences come from the fat/muscle/tendon/etc ratio. I assume cancer patients might be poisonous, but otherwise, eat up.

Granted, herb marinades are pretty powerful, so for example Indians, who use a lot of strong herbs and natural flavorings might actually acquire some of those qualities.
