Extend Allotted Time for Move

Is it possible to make a game in conquer club where the rules allow more that 24 hours to make a move? Or is 24 hours the set amount?

And also even if its 24h, considering the fact that is by turn, you don't get your turn every 24h sometimes is even more time, because you have to wait that the other player(s) makes their turn
