Life-time Supply of Cake or Symmetry

Post by BigBallinStalin »

Imagine yourself in the audience stands of this gameshow. Before you, on the stage stands BBS--facing a table, upon which lies two buttons.

Symmetry is terminally ill with cancer, but button A will cure his cancer and all other cancer-related/terminally-ill related ailments.

Button B provides a lifetime of any kind of cake for all the denizens of ConquerClub.

In a heart beat, I would put the smackdown on Button B. A few of us may feel a little guilty, but after Symmetry is dead and gone, they can definitely eat their cake guilt-free. NEVERTHELESS!!!, I'm willing to wait about 10 seconds while you scream, "A!!!" or "B!!!"

Are there no depths you won't descend to in your weird hatred of me? Asking people to vote on my death is a new low.

Threads calling for my death do tend to be considered a bit personally offensive. Perhaps I'm odd in that way.

How is this thread advocating for your death?

I guess this is where you claim that I injected the cancer into you and the evidence is somewhere in Mitt Romney's tax returns.

You're advocating that i die of cancer.

That's a pretty shitty thing to say, however much you disagree with me when it comes to politics.

You had one of your previous threads locked by the mods when you did a lesser version of this before, no? Did that not indicate to you why your habit of flaming is kind of a bad idea?

Didn't you learn your lesson?

Delicate, is what I called you, and it was a good song.

I've not called for your death, and hopefully you're not trying to defend a thread calling for mine.

Well the magic cake was any kind. I'd hope the same rules are going to apply to the pie. Saskatoon would be nice.

Anyone who can engage in critical thinking can clearly see that this is a thought experiment. Your supposed self already has cancer and is terminally ill. The cancer will kill you, but somehow it is I that is advocating to kill you? Really stretching the logic on this one, but what else can we expect from ya? Hopefully, "it gets better."

I almost did, but then I would have been accused of discriminating against cakes.

Well this has been nice, Your thought experiment involving me dying of cancer and calling for people to choose to let me die has been less than charming for me.

Despicable would be more accurate,

Not if I'm dead. Even while alive I'm not a big fan of cake.
