Ok, this has been really bothering me. Is that him doing that to his beard or someone else? It's like one of those pictures where you can see an old man's profile or a young woman in a chair but never both at the same time.

Its hime, its taken off some movie I cant remember (something like Kill Bill 2 but not sure).

You can see my hang-up on this though? If it's him, yes, a very effective taunt but if you imagine someone else, it could be viewed as them stroking his beard, a much greater taunt indeed! ( And if you watch his expression closely, you can see what could be interpreted as a small glimpse of doubt.)
At any rate, thanks for clearing this up as I haven't seen any of the "kill bill" movies. I must say I was memorized by this gif for several minutes, switching back and forth just like those double image pictures as a small child.
