Could you by any means explain why you think they are multi's other than the username? If I were a multi I would not by any means use a similar username, its downright stupidity. By all means some form of evidence needs to be brought or else the Mod's could be wasting their time if they consider this.

They were already busted a few days ago and then the rowanm account was recently upgraded.
