Also, I'm confused on a couple of things.

if there is an odd number of teams the last team chosen by random.org will be given a bye that round

How can there be an odd number of teams?

all members of your team must join games within 24 hours of sending out invites or game will be forfieted

If that happens an the team that goes on to win the finals gets a bye, they will only receive a medal if they have played 3 games.

How is this tournament set up? You say double elimination, but then 2 games per round and have a qualifier for an odd number of teams. So, I'm confused about that.
