Forum didn't spring forward?

I've noticed that the forum didn't spring forward. Not that it effects gameplay, just curious what's going on with that and if anyone else had noticed. The current time is 6:30 EST, but when I press submit it will say posted at 5:30. Game chat sprung forward. Or is it a time zone thing?

The time that is displayed is determined by the user and does not automatically change. You can do this in the Control Panel.

Pretty much true. You have to click an option for Daylight Savings.
