I am saying countless of times it that we have got NOTHING to do with competative clan AKA.
It is in my 1st post, 2nd post, in previous post.
If you still believe otherwise, this comes to be not my problem but yours.
It then shows you have got problems in understanding and seeing things in anyway you like rather than what expplicitly told.
So, really i dont have time to convince ppl over our true intentions and i have already done 4 times so far. If you do not believe, what other i can do for you to believe ? And more importantly, why should i bother to have you believe us ?

Are we using a similar name ?
We are only using a word, that is "ALWAYS" and very common and wide spread in use in english. The rest two words, kissing X kicking and ass and arse are completely different words.

So, there is no any little use violation in this. But if you believe there is, feel free to e-ticket to change ur names.

Well, since these are, "my friends in the OP" my friends i know them long time to now, they are, we all are ppl to have our own private lives, we have got responsibilities, we have got jobs, we have got kids, we have got families and so, and what we do not have is certainly times to waste.
This is valid for cc as well.

we called it pretty clear, to show our respect to your clan and to not cause any confussion, we are NOT USING short name.
then, our name is "always kissing arse" and yours name is "always kicking ass"...the only common word is "ALWAYS" and that word is pretty common in use word in english. Since you set it be your clan name, is it if you are simply blocking using of word ""ALWAYS" for every possible new group ?

We are not kids, children to chase/stir things up/or set conspiracy theories...We are mature ppl, we have got lives, and what we dont have is time to waste. We are reasonable to ask a group with a name to show fun/mess/etc..We are a family, i mean these members of this social group. We go back 3 years and we have got a lot of to share privately.

Why not keep the name we originally envisioned. Goats only covers one species, and if we named the group Shannon's suggestion, the group would be a picture gallery not a social user group. Interesting for some, but not what we are trying to establish.

I can assure you that we are not trying to emulate, trade off, or be associated in any way with AKA. Don't want to replicate them, or have anything to do with them. If you wish to join them, you will find their recruitment shingle somewhere in the clan section of fora.

While I am sure you guys are probably not making a skit of AKA, it just feels kinda strange to me, so I won't join for now. i did have an issue with eddie2 because of his behaviour in our war and continually harrassing me in LC private chat about how terrible my clan is. However, I do not have any issue with other members of AKA. Razorvich is someone that I have a great amount of respect for. If they feel even slightly uncomfortable with this, then I am going to stay out of it.
