With the Bronx, If you hold it, all you have to do is take Harlem and East Harlem, and you only have 2 border countries. I'd suggest knocking this down a bit, like a 4.

Anyway, I'm on the fence about this map now, but the updates people have suggested will definitely improve it.

Yeah, I missed that originally. 4 sounds good to me. What others don't seem to work?

Sorry, that was overly harsh. But really, I really don't like the whole concept of the map. It just seems kind of dumb.
