I would like to play in one but only ever hear about finished games in the forum - how do you get in one?

Basically it's a game with an unusually large number of players (40 +).

It seems to be announced in the Tournaments forum, so I guess you can watch that forum for the next announcement.

Apparently there is only one going on at a time so I guess you can keep track of the current one and then when it ends watch the Tournaments forum for an announcement of the next one.

I don't think so. The first Battle Royale ran the gamut from private to colonel.

I think if you find out about it in time to join, you're in.

Like most things in life I'm sure some people get a heads up.

The end date has arrived. gibbom has 1574 points, which I predicted would yield about 3885 points total after he wins it. Let's see how close I was!

Not far off sully . 3826 at the top of the leaderboard now.

holy crap wat a lucky arse! hes still a major and top of the leaderboard..... i hope he gets added to the all time top scores as well as the quickest to general and quickest to the top!

yes, with a high degree of luck and a smaller degree of skill I've made it to the top of the leaderboard while still a major. I think I'll be struggling to keep there for the 120 games I need to make general though. Particularly as my doubles partner, Genghis Khan CA has dumped me cos I now cost him too many points if we lose :lol:

so technically if you are about to win a battle royal (ie you and 1 other person remain and the other person is trapped with only 1 country) then you desperately go on a losing streak and the amount of points that you lose you then gain about 25 times over by winning BR?

i'd say pull a simtom or now more appropriately a subtile and you are supreme leader who literally couldn't ever be beaten except by another BR winner....
