Have you ever considered the possibility that they might be waiting to look into it until you calm down and stop bumping this? Seriously, they all get looked at, just chill out about it and wait a few days; you'll only upset people if you bump this thread every day.

DM is right dude. Maybe you should stop doing what his avatar is doing and let the mods do their job. And if being banned really makes you unhappy and you really care about playing CC, why not support the website that you care so much about and get premium?
