Maps... for the FUTURE!!!
I had a few map ideas, but both require new rule implementations, so I'll just leave them here as examples of what could be possible.
First, about Atlantis, or Dante's inferno/purgatory/paradise, or Madison Square Garden, or an onion, or whatever the hell else comes in rings--the problem with these is that if you do traditional continent bonuses with the rings, then every territory is a border. So, we make players build "wedges" instead:

This would require some "path bonus" XML, of course. The dilemma for the player is then, how many armies do I need to defend the first/second rings vs. how many can I spare for the third/fourth? Because if you lose the 4th ring your bonus goes down from 4 to 2, but if you get cut at the 2nd ring, you lose all bonuses entirely.
I bring up this next one for the sole purpose of quoting Monty Python:

I'm not a programmer, but I'm guessing it would take substantial coding to make this one work. So I guess this is a way, way off in the future idea, if at all, but I think it would make for a fun time.
