Should all taxes be redistributed to all citizens? Should there be a global tax? A continental tax? NATO tax? UN tax? Euro tax? And who has a right to decide where the taxes go?

Actually the "Feds" here are not the same as the U.S. Federal government. The Federal Reserve is a system of PRIVATELY owned banks, whose overall control is through a board of governors partially appointed by officials of the U.S. Federal Government. This board of governors is given an exclusive monopoly over MONETARY POLICY, an obfuscating euphemism for: "laws against counterfeiting currency? What laws against counterfeiting currency? We're going to inflate the money supply ALL the time. We don't have to obey no stinking laws about counterfeiting currency!"
