He also posted on my wall with an abusive message however i deleted this as i dont expect these types of messages to be displayed.

Links fixed. Nothing to see here. I think you should have reported the wall messages if they were offensive.
The language is the game is not nice, but it's not bigoted, racist, sexist or homophobic, so it's allowed.

I agree... It is definitely a bit nasty, and also unprovoked, but nothing that has not always been allowed. Foe the jerk and move on.

There is an easy solution to this problem. Foe and move on.

He wont be able to join your games or write on your wall.

He did not violate any of the CC guidelines
