I do not think it is in good taste to post anyone's personal name and address, and it is certainly against the Community Guidelines.

Personal? That is directly from the California Secretary of State's website for the business. Can't believe anyone would be dumb enough to put personal information there when starting a business...

is there a way to know if you are signed up for this? i'm not sure when exactly it was that i re upped. i just want to make sure i didn't sign up for the recurring membership without knowing.

i checked under control panel and settings. which i think are the only relevant places for it to be. i didn't see anything that would tell me.

if you sign up for renewal how do you cancel the subscription ?
what is the terms of the subscription ?
why is there no information regarding what you are signing up for ?

I don't have control over billing. I simply try to answer questions when I can. Unfortunately, only the big guy can answer these questions. I have forwarded this thread to him.

As a former site moderator you should be well aware of the guidelines in relation to posting personal info, regardless of whether that information is freely available on other sites or not.

this is absolute garbage. the problem still exists. my premium is up in 3 days, and there is no way i am getting premium again with how this is currently set up. throw in a relapse of the jr. mints firing off formal major infractions for posting readily available info of an existing biz, and it is not looking good for team CC... if memory serves correct, lack ran his biz out of his home, so the person actually posted his home info, not a suite in a biz complex with a Cajun Food Truck out front on google street views... i love how when a REAL issue pops up that affects our pockets, "we'll get an answer when the owner has some time to deal with it." bullshit. and then team CC gets into defensive mode... i am disappointed with how this is going and the bullshit warning fired off for what is truly not an infraction. garbage. absolute garbage...-Jn

p.s.-you can google Big Wham LLC and the biz address pops up. this is not a personal home address, it is a biz address. if the california attorney general has it posted, it is public info that in no way can be considered personal. you guys should apologize for that bullshit warning. you are literally making the situation worse.

Blake dear, how about you keep on working hard on that roll back patch for Central Command so we have a choice. Maybe go back and look more closely at addresses of businesses rather than homes. I'm not sure you realize that I don't work for CC. I spend some of my time voluntarily managing things, but I haven't been paid for quite a while. The vast majority of updates come from bigWham, not me.

I would appreciate your help, and the help of the volunteers/admins in correcing a minor problme giftign omeone with a memberhsip that could become a big probem in terms of PR. Lets make this a win-win rather than a lose-lose.

Essentially my clan, the Legion is trying to help any of our members facing problems in renewing their membership by gifting them. which involves figuring out how to give you money. snd keeping the site active and growing.

In the same spirit I will offer to purchase a premium membership for any Legionnaire who needs one. If there is more than one Legionnaire who needs help with the membership let me know. The clan takes care of its own.

I still have 1 yr premium membership to gift to a clan mate that is freemium and wants it.
This membership was kindly gifted from Pixar (who won my interclan tourney)
