While I am not discounting the accused as a multi this is not too uncommon. Most of the games the accused has played have been one on one and as of now there are only 45 completed games so it is possible to have a higher win percentage. Also there are other risk sites out there so it is possible to have a well established game play.

hes deffos a multi, he keeps changong his flag, and wrote on my wall, saying he changed it to the French flag. Will this be sorted before I have to take my turn??

The flag is based on the physical location of the server of your ISP. If you're saying he is manually changing the flag, he can't do that. If you are saying he is using a proxy to "confuse" CC into changing his flag, that is possible. CC has the ability to see through that though.

You're allowed to use proxy servers, but that won't save you from being busted if you're a multi.
