What abuse?
It helps perpetuate the culture of clan fanatics taking turns for their underlings. I think that's what he means. Still, that will happen with or without this feature, so I suppose it's not a good enough reason to oppose it.

Go to central command and check out clan tab next to completed game and requests etc
