Is it possible that two of the unclaimed aren't actually lib/con? Like maybe some kind of scum duo that's infiltrated the parties and would fool the party leaders? I'm just trying to think out of the box here because I agree that a recruiting AND killing role just doesn't fit.

Eh, cult has always been overpowered; having 2/16 specific roles that might turn on you under the very specific circumstance of fulfilling a third party win condition prior to being recruited is a far milder balancing penalty than the traditional landmine of cult leader straight up dying the moment they try to recruit scum.

I've been nothing less than upfront about my secondary goal from the start, and I may have been a bit more accommodating if your first reaction to my attempts to deal with you anonymously weren't to call for my immediate lynch.
