So I'm actually suffering pretty badly today. I've tried all my usual cures(McDonald's French fries, both types of coke, coffee) but the level of this hangover could be described as "demonic". Any good tried and true methods out there? Don't say the hair of the dog because that doesn't work unless you get SHITFACED and ive actually got things to do. Also, the BJ cure didn't either work but then again, saxi isn't really that good at it.
You could always try the famous Max Webster recipe: Alka-Seltzer, Tang, and a 50!
My personal recipe, though, is a quart of V-8 followed by a half-quart of coffee, then a cheeseburger with triple hot peppers and a quart of Perrier with a multivitamin. Replacing fluids, water-soluble minerals, and water-soluble vitamins is the key to fighting the pain, while the caffeine and the capsaicin fight the fatigue and melancholy.

There are two KNOWN surefire hangover cures:
1. KFC coleslaw out of the refrigerator
and...
2.A quality bowl of menudo or pazole
Listen to DaGip. DaGip is the expert on this (can't help with the blowjobs...sorry)

I'm feeling much better now. I was not able to find any of the ethnic foods mentioned but I did try as many suggeations as possible including the coleslaw and a few off dukasaurs list and I did feel considerably better after. Not really a controlled experiment but I'm certainly going to keep this on file and encourage anyone to add to the list so that someday we may find a cure.
Just read a big fancy scientific study somewhere (trying to find)....you know the type of people (typically kids that are just discovering drinking) that say "I don't get hangovers!"....fucking pisses me off....well this study found a bunch of them and a bunch of normal people; turns out what the idiots call getting drunk was averaging around a .1 BAC....5-6 drinks in 1-2 hours? I can do that in my sleep...anyway, thru a bunch of testing and getting people wasted (.2+) they determined the only way to not have a hangover was to drink less.....lol.
Primary issue is dehydration and depletion of (primarily) complex B vitamin....on the ambulance suggestion, I DID get morphine once when hungover bad (no relation between them) and it cured it instantly....thats good sheeet....
"Gypsy told my fortune...she said that nothin showed...."
Being so good at making people feel better is part of what makes Morph/heroine so bad. It is so good that people start using it instead of doing anything else. Like eating, bathing, leaving the spot they are in to defecate...

That's why I generally take a nice B vitamin complex at night and drink a lot (liquids) before I sleep. By the way for those who generally "don't get hangovers" ... watch what they drink. It's a complex cocktail of booze and sugars that can cause the greatest dehydration. Dewer's and water is vastly different from rum and coke in hangover effect.
I'm surprised at how many of these recommendations involve liqiuds. I've never had much luck with them in the past. Are you sure you guys aren't just dehydrated? I also find that I can't drink much when I've got a "four banger" as my Grampy calls them. I get nausious. I can typically only keep down greasy stuff and maybe some vegetable matter.

Dehydration is at the core of a hangover yes. Of course lots of fluids are important. If you're not replacing fluids you're needlessly prolonging your suffering.
Loss of water-soluble vitamins and minerals is part of it also, so it's not just replacing water but fluids that contain some vitamin and mineral. Vegetable juices are good for minerals, and meat broths are good for B-vitamins.
