Mafia Tribe/Clan?

How many people do we have who are tribe/clan-less? Is it worthwhile creating an advanced tribe to compete in risk tournaments for anyone who is currently tribe/clan-less who plays mafia?

i would do it but im in a clan and clan peeps cant also be in a seperate tribe stupidly
