Hey, I had legit reasons. And frankly, missing it by one letter is probably better than what I thought it would be.Dukasaur wrote:2dimes wrote:I think the problem is how Walkin brings his natural darkness to both the character and the song. I think the real question is: how many times is someone going to mis-spell "Walken" in this thread.
Meh. I get called by my cousins' and uncles' names all the time.2dimes wrote:My mom was brutal at things like that. Often she would mix my brother and me up in stories or thinking we liked the same things. It's best if you can laugh about it.

Nah, not that.
She would buy strange things as gifts and be super excited. Like buying me a microscope so I could check out the stars. That actually turned out to be great, just not for what she was expecting.

I wanted a telescope too. My Mum took me to a shop and an assistant brought out a microscope. Another assistant said "No, that's not what they want.". The first assistant wanted to know what the difference was, and the second one came out with a brilliant definition. "A telescope you look UP. A microscope you look DOWN."

I recommend Lake Tahoe.

I've been there and I like it, but it's a bit remote . Also, the best thing about leaving NJ was leaving the snow behind.
