One is from Spain, the other is from the States. In the 7 years they have been on this website, this is the FIRST ever game they've been in together.

I highly highly doubt they are multi's.

It's very easy to make your flag change. I just do a quick search for games involving both suspected players. It's rare for multis to use their accounts to give another account points, though of course it happens. That's usually secret diplomacy. Most multis are because they want a fresh start or something similar.
