Everything starts with local authorities...
I guess Corsica locals like to see bikini bombs, not suicidal ones. I support them 100%

Don't forget to ban people observing Ramadan for health and safety reasons.
mrswdk wrote:Yup. Almost as ridiculous as arguing that burkinis are unhygienic.

This should have been enforced long time ago, no room for those radical Muslim shops.

Unlike some Muslim countries France is not living in the middle ages.

Are we going to force Jews to sell pork next?

Yeah, some things are better left unsaid.

In general I agree muslims are seriously being discriminated against, especially when applying for jobs. However they are also getting too much into the habbit of victimizing themselves.
For instance some time ago there was controversy in the city of Antwerp when muslims claimed they were being discriminated against for not being allowed to wear a hijab as city employee. However this was completely blown out of proportion as it was city policy for employees to show themselves neutral to the public. Christians aren't allowed to show their crosses and jews aren't allowed to wear their religious garments; the rule applied to all religions and all ethnicities. Yet as so often, the muslims were the only ones causing a ruckus. Everybody else was fine with it.

There was a similar fuss in my nearby Tesco recently as well. The Tesco had introduced a 'no wheelchairs' rule, and pretty much everyone was following it without complaint, because it was being fairly applied to everyone and they were all reasonable people. Then, typically, some troublemaker had to turn up in his wheelchair demanding he be allowed to ride it into the store because he was unable to move without it. Thankfully the security guard told him to go f*ck himself, because the rules apply to everyone.
