One thing I think is absolutely crazy about America is that porn is art, but prostitution is illegal. So paying someone for sex.... totally illegal. However paying someone for sex on camera, 100% legal! You just have to really specific in telling the girl that you are paying her for sex on camera. I don't know exactly what the moral of this story is... maybe 'America is so beautiful that she must be crazy' or what is has to do with the political art I shared with everyone for a few days, but it sure as hell is interesting.

I believe your stated intent of paying (even if you didn't plan to actually pay her) is enough to prosecute. And if you film it and don't pay her that is illegal, but not from criminal angle more of civil court kind of thing. She could sue your ass, but i dont think you could go to jail.
